In this partnership, we purchased 20 acres with one burnt down home. We subdivided 10 of the creekfront acres into separate 1 acre parcels and sold the lots individually. We built SIPS homes for most of the buyers but gave them the freedom to build alternative structures. In addition, we sold one other larger parcel with a stellar view. As developers, we extended the city water main, installed septic tanks and worked with the state and Army Corps of Engineers to establish a high performing STR subdivision with private wooded creek lots.
