OMG Development provides full-service general contracting, such as renovations, new construction homes, and pool/amenity installation. Our focus is vacation rental/Airbnb homes, but we are always open to opportunities. We are on the lookout for resort renovations, hotel renovations, STR development, general contracting, and multi-family new construction. We thrive at creating unique construction designs and destination homes with guest experience and the highest use of geographical attributes. We have experience in all home building types: stick-built, modular homes, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms), SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panels), steel-framed structures, container homes, tower homes, and kit homes. Our resources are best for large-scale residential development, hospitality, or STR and Resort projects.
