OMG Development specializes in building unique vacation rentals from the ground up. Our visionary team can look at a piece of dirt and plan resorts, subdivisions, campgrounds and everything in between. We can provide the design and architectural plans, run the financials and ROI, consult with engineers and permitting, build out infrastructure, consult on selling or buy and hold scenarios, Broker sales (or interview and connect Brokers) and general contracting and project management services.
RYAN DUFFY
Ryan Duffy started his career serving in the military in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and then as a Firefighter\EMT for the City of Chicago. He moved to the Ozarks in 2016 with his wife Shae and embarked on the path of construction, remodeling, and real estate investing. Ryan is now a licensed home builder with experience in subdivision planning, Real Estate Broker, and a partner in multiple business ventures. He has been featured in several best selling books such as Hospitable Host Volume 2 and The Couples Edition, Reputation Driven, A Life of Abundance, Fearless Foundations and The Realtor Investor as well as dozens of Podcasts. Ryan thrives in creative projects with great clients. When he is not working, he loves spending time in nature with his wife Shae and three children. You can find him boating on Table Rock Lake in the summer and cooking hearty meals in the off season. Ryan is an excellent cook and is one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet.
WILLIAM JAMES BECK
Bill Beck is a crucial piece of the OMG structure. He is the one that evaluates deals, runs proformas, provides accounting, auditing, and budgetary evaluation for our company and projects. Bill makes sure we stay on track and holds everyone accountable to our goals and growth. He has a background in vacation rental evaluation, real estate sales, accounting, negotiating and creative financing. Bill not only assesses the financial viability of a project for OMG, he also researches the upside for our clients so that we can articulate the best strategy for highest ROI on a project. Bill has creative eye and helps build best use evaluations for any property. While Bill is analytical in nature, he also has the gift of creativity and contributes to out of the box thinking for unique homes. Bill loves to travel and finds inspiration wherever he goes.
SHAE DUFFY
Shae Duffy has a passion for all things design and real estate. She received her Bachelor degree in Interior Design while living in Chicago and got to work right away. When she and Ryan decided to take the leap to move to the Ozarks in 2016, Shae obtained her real estate license with the goal of marrying her two passions. After years of cold calling and door knocking, her real estate business took off and she specializes in lake and vacation rental properties. Shae has designed dozens of high performing vacation rentals, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, and new builds. She is the middle man between her clients' vision and the vendors to make it happen. Shae has been a designer since 2012 and a Realtor since 2016 so she brings a multi-level perspective on strategic planning for your project. Shae works directly with contractors and sub contractors as your designer so your vision becomes a reality.
BRADLEY YOUNGBLOOD
Brad comes from a family of builders and developers. He has experience in renovation, new construction, development, high volume real estate sales, high dollar negotiations, developer sales, and creative financing. You can count on Brad to make a great plan come to fruition. After having a physical injury from being a line man, Brad shifted his focus to real estate sales and quickly won the ears of multi million dollar investor clients. He is described as a bull dog and does not back down if presented with a challenge. Brad has a lot of great connections and is quick to leverage his resources to make something work. His creativity and budget conscious solutions make him an asset for any development project. Brad loves to spend time in Costa Rica with his wife and children.
